1. Base costs
What it costs to keep commonplace running each month, however many people or images it has.

2. Tagging costs
On top of the base costs, each image tagged automatically costs about 6 to 8 cents, so 100 images cost about $6 to $8. That's why each plan includes a set number of tagged images a month. Tagging images yourself costs nothing.
